Boots X targets a make-up savvy millennial audience that really knows their baking from their priming. To capture their attention this summer with long form content, we needed to go beyond just another make-up tutorial and give them some fun edutainment instead.
Leaning into the TikTok trend of ‘My 3 Lives’, we created an influencer campaign featuring Jessica Pimental, giving us her 3 summer looks but with a beautiful twist.
Her make-up would differ according to the time of day and sun lighting. Fun, authentic and useful. Adapted to short form TikTok and Insta too. Woohoo!

Building on our influencer content series for the beauty platform, we developed a bespoke Boots X collaboration centred on a topic that strongly resonates with our Gen Z audience: acne. In partnership with creator Izzie Rodgers, the content explores a more positive narrative that this generation is shaping—one where acne isn’t something to conceal, but something to accept and celebrate as part of their identity and self-expression.
This piece champions natural, acne-textured skin, encouraging confidence and inspiring people to love the skin they’re in. Rather than offering a “how-to” on covering up, hiding, or perfecting a base, the focus is on embracing acne as part of real, visible beauty.
